2026 Tournament Details

Friday Par 3 Kickoff (Fri August 28th)

  • The Par 3 will return to a 5:15 shotgun start.
  • Registration will be open from 3-5
  • Complimentary Tournament shirts and a 50/50 raffle benefitting Hospice
  • Dinner Friday Night directly after the Par 3

The 28th Annual Charity Classic (Sat-Sun Aug 29-30th)

  • 36 Hole individual stroke play tournament
  • Senior Division open to players 60+ and Super Senior Division open to players 72+
  • Field Will be flighted after round 1
  • Preferred pairings and start times allowed for Saturday’s round. Please contact pro shop at (336)-861-4653 ext. 2 to submit requests

Tournament Entry Fee – $300

Your Entry Fee Includes

  • All golf and range fees throughout the weekend
  • Access into the optional Par-3 kickoff
  • Dinner Friday Night for you and a guest after the Par-3

The Charity Classic

Our Mission
Above providing a competitive and enjoyable amateur golf tournament, the Holly Ridge Charity Classic’s ultimate purpose is to consistently provide charitable donations to our local HOSPICE.  Since becoming the beneficiary of the event’s sponsorship and fundraising efforts, HOSPICE of the Piedmont / Randolph County has received over $300,000.00 via this incredible event!
The name of each year’s champion is engraved on the John Ridge Trophy which is always on display inside the clubhouse…
In addition to John, the tournament is dedicated to Jerry Davis, Dale Hollingsworth, and Ricky Zachary…
